build update · PoeysiaPRO

Three AI providers. One workflow.

PoeysiaPRO now works with Codex, Claude Code and Grok Build through their official CLIs. Creators get more choice, a consistent Clips workflow and smoother long-form review.

August 13 was about choice and reliability. PoeysiaPRO can now use Codex, Claude Code or Grok Build for its AI-assisted workflows, while the clip preview has been rebuilt to stay stable during long editing sessions.

Creators choose one active AI provider in onboarding or Settings. That choice is stored locally and restored when the app starts again. Clip discovery, captions, planning and other text workflows follow the selected provider instead of quietly switching services in the background.

The account relationship stays between the creator and the provider. Sign-in happens externally through the official CLI, PoeysiaPRO never asks for the provider password, and it does not copy authentication tokens into its own account system. Source video still stays on the Mac. Transcripts and the context needed for an AI task are sent to the provider the creator selected.

We know the history around Claude CLI access made many creators cautious. On June 15, Anthropic paused its announced change to Claude Agent SDK, claude -p and third-party app usage before it took effect. Anthropic’s current guidance says those workflows continue to draw from the user’s Claude subscription limits, and that any future update will be communicated before it takes effect.

PoeysiaPRO follows that documented path. It does not offer its own Claude login or transport Claude credentials. The creator signs in directly through the official Claude CLI on the Mac, and PoeysiaPRO invokes that locally installed CLI for the selected task. There is no browser scraping, token extraction, account sharing, emulation of Claude Code or use of private endpoints.

The same principle applies to every provider: official documented interfaces, external authentication and credentials that remain with the provider. Connections stay isolated, only the service selected by the creator receives a request, and there is no silent provider switch. This keeps PoeysiaPRO within the published automation and authentication paths instead of relying on a workaround.

Whichever provider creators choose, PoeysiaPRO keeps the experience consistent. Clip discovery, captions and Virality Score results arrive inside the same focused review workflow, ready to refine and turn into finished shorts.

Clip review is smoother too, especially with demanding long-form recordings. Vertical, Split and Group compositions stay synchronized while creators move through the source, compare moments and shape the final frame.

PoeysiaPRO now gives creators a real choice of AI provider without adding another disconnected tool to their day. Bring the subscription you already prefer, keep control of where your data goes and move from a long recording to finished clips inside one desktop app.
